For teens with a love for nature, animals, and the great outdoors – this is where the journey begins.

Our Junior Courses at Northern Cape Nature Academy are designed for boys and girls aged 12 - 17 who want to explore the bush, learn real skills, and build confidence in a hands-on, active environment.

Based on a private game farm near Douglas in the Northern Cape, this is not a camp where you just sit and watch. You’ll track animals, navigate the veld, learn basic guiding and bush survival, and even get a taste of taste of working with wildlife. Expect early mornings, teamwork, practical sessions, and plenty of fresh air.

We keep our junior groups small – so every participant gets proper attention, guidance, and mentorship from our experienced team. The course is fully presented in Afrikaans and blends fun, discipline, and practical knowledge that sticks for life.
